Why we give these away

We run a decorating site on a young domain. The pictures were made for our own guides, 107 of which are represented here, and they are more useful out in the world with our name on them than sitting on our server. A credit link is the price; that is the whole business model of this page, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

The set was picked by a script, not by taste: every style world and every room on the site, native resolution only, no more than a couple of images from any one article. It is the first 150 of roughly 2,300. Whether the rest follow depends on whether these get used.

Questions people ask

What exactly do I have to do to use one?

Credit "StyleFusion Homes" and link to stylefusionhomes.com wherever the image appears — in a caption, in an image-credit line, or on a credits page. That is the whole condition. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to tell us, although we would enjoy seeing where they end up.

Can I use them on a commercial site, in a client project or in a product listing?

Yes. CC BY 4.0 permits commercial use, editing, cropping and colour changes. The only thing it does not permit is dropping the credit. If you edit an image heavily, say so in the credit ("adapted from StyleFusion Homes") rather than presenting it as the original.

Are these real photographs?

No. Every image in this library was generated with AI for our own articles, and we label each one on our site. When you publish one, that disclosure becomes your responsibility under whatever law applies where you publish — in the EU that is Article 50 of the AI Act. We have left the files and their metadata untouched so nothing hides that origin.

Why only 150, and why these?

We have around 2,300 images. These 150 were picked by a script to cover every style world and every room on the site, at native resolution (nothing upscaled), from 107 different articles. If people use them, more follow. If nobody does, we will have learned that cheaply.

Can I use the images without a link — for a printed brochure, say?

Yes. Where a link is impossible, a written credit with the URL does the same job: "Image: StyleFusion Homes, stylefusionhomes.com".
