This policy covers stylefusionhomes.com (the "Site") and is written to describe what actually happens on the Site — not a generic template. If a section doesn't apply here (logins, purchases, tracking cookies), it isn't included.
Who operates the Site

What data is collected, and why
Contact form (/contact/): if you write to us, we collect the name, email address
and message you type in. Used only to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (you
initiated the exchange) / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding).
Newsletter form: if you subscribe, we collect your email address to send the newsletter. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) — you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.
Server logs: the Site is hosted on Netlify, which — like any web host — automatically logs technical data for every visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the Site running and secure. We do not access this data for tracking or profiling.
No accounts, no purchases, no payment data. The Site does not have a login system and does not process credit card, banking or government ID information — there is nothing here to collect.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes (for example, if display ads are added later), this policy will be updated first and a cookie consent banner will be added before any non-essential cookie is set.
Who else sees this data
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts the Site and processes contact/newsletter form submissions on our behalf as a data processor, under Netlify's own Data Processing Addendum. Because Netlify is a US company, this involves a transfer of data outside the EU/EEA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with anyone else.
How long data is kept
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR and comparable laws, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict or object to processing,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- withdraw consent at any time (e.g. by unsubscribing),
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the authority for Bavaria is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.

Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites, including retailers referenced in guides. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please read their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters (for example, a new tracking tool or ad network), we will update this page and note the new "last updated" date below.
